How to report a hiring scam
If you believe you’ve been contacted by someone impersonating Truveta in a job-related scam, we encourage you to help us investigate. Your report may assist us in identifying and taking down fraudulent domains or communications.
What to include in your report
Screenshots of communications
Please include screenshots of:
- Emails
- Text messages
- Social media messages
- Job offer documents
- Interview requests
Tip: Ensure the sender’s email address is clearly visible and include the full message content.
Email headers
Email headers contain technical details that help us trace the origin of the message.
How to find email headers:
- Gmail: Open the email → click the three dots (⋮) → “Show original”
- Outlook web: Open the email → click “More actions” (⋯) → “View message details”
- Apple mail: Open the email → click “View” → “Message” → “All headers”
Tip: Ensure the sender’s email address is clearly visible and include the full message content.
Sender email address
Include the exact email address that contacted you. This helps us identify spoofed or fraudulent domains.
Suspicious domains or links
If the message includes links to websites, please copy and include them.
Submit your report
Send your report to report-scam@truveta.com
Once we receive your report, our team will review the information. While we may not respond directly, please know that your submission helps us take action against fraudulent activity.
